Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for software delivery by managing testing strategies and mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks using Katalon and Selenium.
• Lead QA projects, mentor QA engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain test environments and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure system stability under stress.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in automation tools: Katalon and Selenium.
• Experience with performance and load testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.
• Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior QA engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent technical field.
