You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions across multiple platforms. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using appropriate tools.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and development standards.
• Manage global testing services delivery, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Project Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding or mentoring team members.
