Description

Lead quality assurance for the software product, owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own test planning and execution for the software product.
• Guide junior team members through test execution processes.
• Work with the software development team to reproduce identified issues.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure software bugs are resolved.
• Manage defect tracking tools to maintain clear visibility on software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles.
• Proven experience in software product testing.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior testers.
• Bachelor's Degree.
