Description

Lead quality assurance efforts across web and mobile platforms, ensuring rigorous testing standards for retail and ecommerce products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on web testing within retail or ecommerce domains.
• Perform device testing on various iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Prioritize, expedite, and escalate rush issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend weekly delivery and core team meetings to report on project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web testing.
• 1-2 years of experience with mobile device testing on iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Strong ability to articulate technical issues to cross-functional teams.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working alongside engineers in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Apple products.
