Description

Lead automation testing efforts and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and technical documentation to determine the feasibility of automation implementation.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute automation scripts for new features and legacy module updates.
• Manage the test execution plan for sprint releases and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
• Lead the preparation of test plans, estimation documents, and BDD feature files for iOS and Android.
• Review peer tasks to ensure compliance with project standards and oversee defect tracking and resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA and Automation Testing.
• Proven experience in a QA Lead role.
• Expertise with Selenium for web automation.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Automation using Appium.
• Proficiency with JIRA and XRay for defect tracking and test management.
• Experience performing pipeline testing and Node-based automation.
• Ability to use Postman for API and web service validation.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
