Description

Own the end-to-end test automation strategy and execution for scalable, reliable software releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test coverage and identify gaps.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, and document bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve test automation efficiency and process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
