Description

You will lead mobile automation testing efforts and oversee the quality strategy for native mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile test automation frameworks from scratch using native iOS and Android toolsets.
• Uphold the QA strategy to ensure every Mobile PR meets the Definition of Done before reaching the Test Artefacts Review group.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to track execution status and manage project plans.
• Distribute technical tasks among team members and perform regular peer reviews to ensure project standards.
• Apply test heuristics, SFDIPOT, and test charters to drive testing effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile automation testing.
• Expertise in XCTest and XCUITest for iOS.
• Expertise in Espresso, UI Automator, Robolectric, and Jetpack Compose for Android.
• Proficiency in mobile performance testing principles.
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Source Tree.
• Hands-on experience with Charles Proxy or Fiddler.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, Splunk, and analytics tools.
• Experience with Gradle, Jira, Confluence, and MindMap.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test charters and SFDIPOT methodologies.
