Description

You will lead the quality assurance function and manage automated testing implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks using Java.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform visual regression testing and cross-browser testing.
• Manage multiple testing priorities and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Experience with visual regression tools like Chromatic.
• Experience with cross-browser testing via BrowserStack or similar.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
