Job Description:    We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance process and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in test planning, team leadership, automation, and manual testing. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA team to ensure product quality. Create and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Oversee manual and automation testing activities. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Identify, track, and manage defects and quality issues. Ensure test coverage, performance, and reliability of applications. Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines. Provide regular test reports and quality metrics. Required Skills Strong experience in software testing and QA leadership. Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.). Knowledge of API testing and performance testing. Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving and team management skills
