Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts and manage automated testing implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks using Java.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform visual regression testing and cross-browser testing.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues within the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of object-oriented design.
• Experience with JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
• Knowledge of visual regression testing using Chromatic or similar tools.
• Experience with cross-browser testing via BrowserStack or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
