You will own the quality assurance strategy and execution for the team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure product quality.
• Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Oversee manual and automation testing activities.
• Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines.
• Track defects and provide quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership.
• Manual and automation testing expertise.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Cypress.
• API testing knowledge.
• Experience with JIRA and TestRail.
• Test planning and strategy development.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Agile methodology experience.
