Description

You will lead end-to-end quality assurance across multiple software development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive QA strategy covering manual, regression, integration, smoke, and backend testing.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases for APIs, databases, and UIs.
• Ensure thorough regression testing precedes every release and proactively identify issues with developers.
• Mentor QA engineers and review their test plans and execution strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in software QA, including 2+ years in a QA leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong command of MySQL for backend data validation and query execution.
• Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or BrowserStack.
• Experience implementing or supporting tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile app testing and Appium.
• Experience with performance testing.
