🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead QA activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
🔹 Develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Defect Reports.
🔹 Coordinate testing efforts with development, project management, and business teams.
🔹 Lead and mentor QA team members while assigning and tracking testing activities.
🔹 Perform manual, regression, integration, compatibility, system, and UI testing.
🔹 Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts using Java.
🔹 Execute API and Web Service testing using Postman and SoapUI.
🔹 Track, analyze, and resolve defects using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or QC.
🔹 Support deployments, post-release validation, and quality sign-offs.
🔹 Ensure QA processes align with organizational standards and best practices.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
✔ Experience testing Native Mobile Applications
✔ Knowledge of HTML and SOA Architecture
✔ Experience testing SOAP & REST APIs
✔ Hands-on experience with SQL for testing and validation
✔ Understanding of NIEM XML Data Models
