Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts for complex enterprise solutions, owning the test strategy and execution for public-facing software.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies for browser-based UI and integration points.
• Validate technical requirements for real-time and batch data transfers.
• Oversee test case creation and coverage for functional and compatibility testing.
• Drive issue resolution and document resolution steps clearly.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide decisive leadership on project quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years as a QA Lead.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver using Java for UI test automation.
• Experience with SLDC management systems, specifically Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS) or Jira.
• Strong understanding of HTML-based UI testing versus desktop applications.
• Ability to validate API/Web services using tools like SoapUI or Postman.
• Proficiency in handling text file formats: CSV, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with performance testing processes and tools.
• Strong communication skills to articulate issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SoapUI and Postman test automation features.
• Understanding of SOA architecture, SOAP, and REST protocols.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for testing tasks.
