Own the quality assurance strategy and execution for complex enterprise solutions, ensuring robust testing across public-facing software and integrated systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives for complex enterprise solutions, managing test processes via Azure DevOps, JIRA, or QC.
• Develop and execute test cases for HTML-based UIs, validating integration between system components via real-time and batch data transfers.
• Perform functional, compatibility, and performance testing of browser-based applications.
• Validate technical requirements and resolve issues through systematic investigation and documentation.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide decisive direction on quality matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 5+ years as a QA Lead.
• Proficiency in UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience with SLDC management systems: Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS), JIRA, or QC.
• Strong understanding of API testing tools such as SoapUI or Postman.
• Ability to analyze and validate text file formats including CSV, XML, and JSON.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong issue resolution, investigation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on experience with test automation features in SoapUI and Postman.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and understanding of SOA architecture (SOAP/REST).
