Description

You will own the quality assurance process for complex enterprise solutions, leading a team and ensuring rigorous testing of public-facing browser-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own test strategies, plans, detailed test cases, scripts, and traceability matrices.
• Assign tasks to QA team members, track progress, and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Execute test cases, manage defect lifecycles, and assist support teams with deployments.
• Identify and automate test scenarios using Selenium WebDriver and contribute to performance testing.
• Review requirements, provide QA sign-off, and maintain documentation in SharePoint and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 5+ years as a QA Lead.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java for UI test automation.
• Experience with SDLC management systems such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or QC.
• Strong understanding of HTML-based UI testing, including functional and compatibility testing.
• Ability to validate technical requirements for real-time and batch data transfers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Visio for documentation and planning.
• Experience testing public-facing software and complex enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like SoapUI or Postman (SOAP and REST).
• Understanding of XML data formats (NIEM) and JSON structures.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data validation.
