Description

You will lead QA processes for complex enterprise solutions, owning test strategy, planning, and execution across the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the test strategy, detailed test cases, scripts, and traceability matrices.
• Assign tasks to QA team members, track progress, and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Execute test cases, manage defect lifecycles, and ensure proper documentation in SharePoint and test management systems.
• Identify scenarios for test automation and performance testing, contributing to their implementation.
• Collaborate with project teams to review requirements and assist in deployment validation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years as a QA Lead for complex enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, QC, or JIRA for tracking and executing test processes.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java for UI test automation.
• Experience testing public-facing, browser-based UI (HTML) and understanding its specific nuances.
• Ability to validate technical requirements for integration between system components via real-time and batch data.
• Understanding of API testing tools like SoapUI or Postman and various text file formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Proven ability to take strategic direction and resolve issues with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on experience with SoapUI and Postman test automation features.
• Understanding of SOA architecture, SOAP/REST protocols, and SQL.
