Description

Lead quality assurance activities for enterprise web applications, managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from test strategy to release validation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and defect reports while aligning with organizational standards.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, assigning tasks and tracking testing progress.
• Build and maintain Selenium automation scripts using Java for regression and functional testing.
• Execute API testing using Postman and SoapUI, and perform manual UI, integration, and system testing.
• Coordinate testing efforts with development and project management teams, supporting deployments and post-release validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 5+ years as a QA Lead.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java for automation.
• Experience with manual testing, including regression, functional, integration, and sanity testing.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman and SoapUI.
• Hands-on experience with test management and tracking tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Quality Center (QC).
• Deep understanding of SDLC and enterprise web application testing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience testing Native Mobile Applications and knowledge of HTML.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for testing and validation.
