Description

You lead the QA team, coordinating planning, execution, and recap functions to embed quality safeguards into software development and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team for large transformational projects, overseeing quality across all phases.
• Oversee requirement reviews, test script preparation, execution, and final recaps.
• Identify UI/workflow gaps and articulate risks related to technical debt or schedule slippage.
• Manage traceability, test coverage, and assist with test result triage.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, PMs, and clients during grooming and status meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance practices and methods.
• Proven ability to delegate, lead, and perform deep technical work.
• Expertise in exploratory testing and guiding testers to maximize coverage.
• Solid analytical skills to assess and report on quality metrics and project risks.
• Experience managing resource allocation and maximizing team impact.
• Strong communication skills to report on status and risks in detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Automation testing experience.
• Experience leading QA teams on large transformational projects.
