Description

Lead the QA team and oversee testing processes for E-commerce, Web, and Mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Design and build scalable, reusable automated testing frameworks for Web, Mobile, and E-commerce platforms.
• Establish quality standards, processes, and best practices across the entire QA team.
• Mentor QA engineers and conduct regular audits of testing processes to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in QA management roles.
• Expertise in E-commerce, Web, and Mobile application testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Appium, or similar automation tools.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for large-scale applications.
• Strong background in the Retail domain.
• Deep knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proven ability in test planning, test case design, and execution across multiple platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
