Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure high-quality product feature delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the testing lifecycle for assigned modules, from initial requirement analysis and test planning to final user acceptance testing and production issue tracing.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, integration, and system testing.
• Develop test strategies based on product requirements, legacy impact, and time-to-market constraints.
• Oversee the QA team by providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders during design meetings and throughout the agile development process.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Manual Testing, Database Testing, API Testing, and Automation Testing.
• Proven expertise in test estimation, test reporting, and creating comprehensive test cases.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product modules.
• Experience working within agile frameworks and establishing scrum team roles and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder communication.
