Description

You lead quality assurance efforts by ensuring feature requirements are met through thorough testing and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Discuss planned stories and feature requirements with Development Teams, participating in testing as needed.
• Input test plans and scenarios into Xray, converting scenarios to automation.
• Perform impact assessments on all business requirements and changes, vetting requirements thoroughly.
• Maintain test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, and test data automation scripts.
• Code pull requests and contribute to future CI/CD implementation, execution, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development or automation framework development using Python or Java.
• Strong coding experience in Python or Java to automate test cases for post-trade back office and trade flow.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for writing complex queries.
• Hands-on experience expanding frameworks and creating new automation scenarios programmatically in Python or Java.
• 5+ years of professional experience working with datasets, advanced scripting, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and Core Java/Python or equivalent for backend, frontend, and API testing.
• Prior experience as QE/SDET in Agile/Scrum teams, shipping features frequently.
• Strong working knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives BackOffice Testing - Capital Markets experience.
• Ability to understand complex data flows across internal and external applications.
