Lead QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring quality standards are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and relevant tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as the primary contact between onshore and offshore QA teams, managing communication and guidance.
• Maintain test documentation and provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in QA, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Java/Python.
• Proven experience with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor offshore teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years tenure in current or similar roles.
