Description

You will lead QA activities, focusing heavily on functional automation testing for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and strategies for complex systems.
• Manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and report test outcomes.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, or similar tools.
• Test IVR and telephony systems, including speech and DTMF interactions.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total QA experience, with a strong focus on functional automation.
• 3+ years leading QA activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Expertise in Functional Test Automation, including designing test strategies.
• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Experience testing IVR and communications domains, including CTI and Agent functionalities.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira or Octane.
• Experience automating REST APIs using Postman or Rest tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
