Description

You will lead QA efforts, managing teams and defining testing strategy to ensure software quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, guiding training and performance.
• Develop and implement test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and processes for software delivery.
• Plan, execute performance and load tests, analyzing results to recommend optimizations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in QA.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
