You will own the quality strategy and technical leadership for the MineStar modernization programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the test strategy, validation approach, and automation standards for phase-wise modernization.
• Provide technical leadership to QA teams, establishing built-in quality standards and Definition of Done.
• Refactor and extend legacy test suites using Cucumber and Playwright to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Drive strategic decisions on automation versus manual testing based on risk, complexity, and ROI.
• Review test plans, track quality metrics, and mitigate quality risks to ensure deployment readiness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Cucumber, Playwright, Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and manual testing methodologies.
• Experience working with multiple or large QA teams in enterprise environments.
• Ability to define modernization test suites and ensure effective coexistence between systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platform modernization initiatives and non-functional testing (performance, reliability, scalability, security).
• Knowledge of SAFe environments, API testing, and component-level service testing.
• Proven ability in risk assessment and decision-making related to quality and releases.
