Description

You will lead testing tracks for integrated solutions within a banking environment, owning test strategies, team execution, and quality reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create project test strategies based on high-level scope and requirements.
• Manage testing tracks and assist leads with efficient estimation and planning.
• Guide teams in developing complex integration and end-to-end scenarios with diverse test data.
• Oversee small to medium-sized teams during test case creation and execution.
• Facilitate test assessment workshops to design solutions based on the client landscape.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Banking industry background.
• Test strategy development and test management.
• Defect triaging and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Test reporting and KPI reporting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
