Description

You will own the QA strategy and test plans for enterprise financial platforms, ensuring quality across functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale automation at API, UI, and data layers using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Copado Robotic Testing.
• Lead test design for complex financial use cases including GL postings, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Establish data quality controls, design golden datasets, and create production-mirroring scenarios for high-risk flows.
• Stand up CI/CD-friendly test suites with quality gates, pipeline triggers, and smoke/regression packs.
• Coordinate with SaaS vendors on release readiness, sandbox strategies, and defect SLAs while driving audit-ready evidence.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in QA/Testing for enterprise platforms, with 2+ years leading QA efforts.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium) and API testing (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and experience testing ETL/ELT workflows.
• Familiarity with Git-based CI/CD workflows, test environment management, and test data management.
• Experience defining UAT strategies, coaching business testers, and formalizing acceptance criteria.
• Ability to implement performance testing (baseline, load, stress) and define SLIs/SLOs for production observability.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services/Experience Cloud integrations and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS) and containerized services.
• Proficiency with BDD practices (Gherkin/Cucumber) and contract testing (Pact).
