Description

Lead quality assurance for large-scale enterprise software implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation and test process optimization.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate testing into Agile/Scrum and DevOps workflows.
• Develop and maintain modular test frameworks and reusable components.
• Execute backend validation and manage test data using SQL.
• Oversee performance and load testing strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience writing Selenium-based test scripts in JavaScript or Java.
• Proficiency with WebDriver, WebDriverIO, Appium, or Selenium Grid.
• Experience using test runners such as JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCity.
• Expertise in SQL for backend validation and data management.
• Experience with Jira and QMetry for defect management.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Warehouse or Transportation Management Systems.
• Manhattan Active WM experience.
