Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts and drive testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Define Testing Plans and Test strategy for Manual Testing.
• Define and drive testing by defining and maintaining scripts in Quality Tools.
• Extract business requirements from end users.
• Educate and mentor testers to achieve testing goals.
• Run defect meetings and coordinate defect triage.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of testing experience, specifically within the Cards domain.
• Must have Cards UAT testing experience.
• Proficiency in testing management tools: Jira, HP ALM, Qtest, TFS.
• Mastery of 2 or more test types and competency in 3+ additional types.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies: TDD and BDD.
• Experience leading a team of testers and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to define and execute test strategies.
