Description

Lead quality assurance efforts and drive testing processes for card-based products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define testing plans and strategies for manual testing initiatives.
• Extract business requirements from end users and maintain test scripts in quality tools.
• Run defect meetings and coordinate defect triage activities.
• Educate and mentor testers to achieve team testing goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of testing experience with specific focus on the Cards domain.
• Proven experience in Cards User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in Jira, HP ALM, Qtest, and TFS.
• Mastery of at least two test types and competency in three or more additional types.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience leading a team of testers and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to define and execute comprehensive test strategies.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience.
