Lead quality assurance efforts and manage multiple testing projects and teams in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Implement and define automated test solutions and frameworks across various programs.
• Create comprehensive test plans, define test cases, and manage defect tracking.
• Design testing reports and dashboards to communicate quality metrics.
• Execute manual and exploratory testing to ensure software integrity.
• Lead testing initiatives for mobile browsers and devices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on software testing and quality assurance.
• 6+ years of experience designing and developing automated tests using Selenium or equivalent tools.
• 5+ years of experience in manual or exploratory testing.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Experience with software testing, SQL, and Jira.
• Proven track record of leading multiple projects and teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) or test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with Agile development, release practices, version control, and SQL.
