Description

You will lead and mentor a team of manual and automated QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual and automated testers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Manage the defect lifecycle and report on quality metrics and testing progress.
• Coordinate QA activities within Agile sprint planning and release cycles.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Expertise in both automated and manual testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Proficiency in designing and managing test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of defect management and reporting.
• Ability to implement acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) or test-driven development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure requirement coverage.
