Description

Lead end-to-end functional and automation testing for Salesforce applications while mentoring the QA team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, construct, and execute test scripts based on high-level design and business requirements.
• Perform regression and smoke testing of Salesforce modules, including Lightning, configuration, and customization.
• Manage testing cycles and prepare scenarios for Salesforce integrations, Sales, and Service Clouds.
• Lead peer reviews and guide team members through technical functional designs.
• Report task status to onshore and offshore stakeholders against agreed schedules and budgets.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of software testing experience, with at least 6 years specifically in Salesforce testing.
• 5+ years of experience in software automation testing, designing, and supporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in Selenium and Java scripting.
• Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks using both API and GUI-based approaches.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Lightning, Apex code, Triggers, and Force.com custom development.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of QuerySurge, Practitest, Orchestrator, and JIRA.
• Exposure to Lightning Components and Salesforce Automation.
