Description

You will lead testing efforts for data migration and synchronization applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance and functional test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects related to data integrity, consistency, and performance.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize synchronization processes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Performance and Functional testing.
• Expertise in Data Migration testing.
• Experience testing Sync Processes.
• Ability to analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Experience with debugging and optimizing data-driven applications.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
