Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts focusing on CRM platforms and complex system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and implement standard QA methodologies.
• Execute integration testing for both internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium or TestComplete.
• Utilize test management tools to track defects and document processes.
• Validate data integrity using SQL scripts and XML.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in quality assurance roles.
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics or a similar CRM platform.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or UFT.
• Experience using JIRA, ALM, and Confluence for test management.
• Strong understanding of integration testing workflows.
• Ability to write SQL scripts and queries.
• Working knowledge of XML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in P&C Insurance.
