QA Lead

You will manage the QA testing lifecycle and lead a team to ensure application quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end QA testing needs for the application.
• Lead the QA team and coordinate testing efforts with the offshore team.
• Support deployment and release activities, including working extended shifts when required.
• Analyze the broader system architecture to improve testing coverage and quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong experience in test automation using Java and Selenium.
• Proficiency in testing SOAP and REST APIs using Postman and SoapUI.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, or UDploy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Experience with integration technologies such as IBM Integration Bus or IBM BPM.
