Description

You will lead end-to-end testing efforts for application and backend systems integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and standard processes to ensure traceability and end-to-end coverage.
• Define testing scope, test data management, and approaches in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive the creation and adoption of test automation suites to accelerate regression validation.
• Lead Application QA teams through SIT execution, monitoring processes and inspecting outcomes.
• Manage offshore QA team members and oversee resolution of critical issues, defects, and risks.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Test Lead roles driving application and backend systems integration testing.
• 6+ years of experience leading automation testing teams using open-source tools.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Java for automation.
• Expertise in functional, automation, regression, API, database, performance, load, and mobile testing.
• Experience with DynamoDB and database testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and Sonarqube for code coverage.
• Advanced use of JIRA and Zephyr for test management, planning, and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills to report quality metrics and testing progress to management.
