Description

Lead and mentor a team of 15+ QA Engineers while owning the test automation strategy and release quality for financial services products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Perform UI and API automation testing using Selenium and Karate.
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python for automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Karate frameworks.
• Ability to validate backend data using SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipeline integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IGNITE testing framework or methodology.
