Description

You will lead the QA team, defining testing strategies and overseeing both manual and automation efforts across the SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices for the team.
• Create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Track defects and coordinate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Drive test automation adoption and mentor QA team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• 2+ years in a QA Lead or QA Manager capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for automation.
• Proficiency with Jira and TestRail or Zephyr for test management.
• Experience with API, Database, and Performance Testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines integration.
