Description

Lead and mentor a team of 15+ QA Engineers to ensure software quality across the release pipeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Develop and execute automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Validate backend data integrity and perform SQL queries for data verification.
• Integrate automated testing processes into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness activities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in QA, with prior experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium and Karate for API and UI automation.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers.
• Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IGNITE testing framework or methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
