Responsibilities

• Lead QA processes and testing lifecycles from design to execution.
• Manage testing workflows and ensure timely delivery of team deliverables.
• Oversee and enforce quality standards across all assigned projects.
• Drive testing strategies to improve overall product reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with TOSCA for test automation and management.
• Proven experience in a lead capacity, managing teams or processes.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests.
• Knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
