Lead QA processes and testing lifecycles from design to execution. Manage testing workflows and ensure timely delivery of team deliverables. Oversee and enforce quality standards across all assigned projects. Drive testing strategies to improve overall product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for assigned projects.
• Manage QA processes and testing lifecycles from design through execution.
• Oversee team workflows to ensure timely delivery of test artifacts.
• Enforce quality standards and drive product reliability improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with TOSCA for test automation and management.
• Proven experience in a lead capacity, managing teams or processes.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests.
• Knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
