Description

You will lead QA efforts within Agile teams, driving quality throughout the SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver.
• Own the performance testing lifecycle, including script development in JMeter and analysis via Azure Load Testing.
• Lead QA planning, execution, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior QA engineers in automation and performance testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product stakeholders to advocate for quality practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and C# within a .NET environment.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated tests for web applications.
• Experience creating manual test cases based on business requirements.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in JMeter for developing and maintaining performance test scripts.
• Experience executing and analyzing tests in Azure Load Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Test Plans for test case management and traceability.
• Working knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps, App Services, and Monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TypeScript and frontend automation tools.
