Lead end-to-end functional testing and mentor a QA team during the modernization of customer communications management systems.
Responsibilities
Execute functional testing for over 300 interactive letters transitioning from Version 9 Exstream and Messagepoint to a full Messagepoint cloud solution.
Validate integration triggers between SIB systems, specifically ARES and MAC.
Own testing for content, design, orchestration, and rules across all document compositions.
Oversee testing for new digital delivery features, including DocuSign integration.
Manage the QA process for reporting modules built by external vendors.
Required Skills
12-14 years of experience in software testing or related functions.
3-4 years of experience specifically in Customer Communications Management (CCM).
5+ years of experience in software automation testing.
Proficiency in designing and supporting automation using Selenium and Java.
Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks using both API and GUI-based approaches.
Strong technical background in SDET, API testing, and GUI testing.
Ability to lead and mentor a QA team with strong interpersonal skills.
