Description

Lead quality assurance efforts and manage a team to deliver stable, high-quality products through effective automation and requirement verification.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team day-to-day responsibilities and align them with long-term career development.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Development teams to verify requirements and define test scenarios based on customer use cases.
• Develop and execute cross-browser automation testing for Safari, Chrome, and mobile browsers.
• Own automation test pipelines and provide regular reporting.
• Perform requirement analysis to identify issues early in the development phase and develop test cases for complex requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Web Automation and Backend Testing.
• 5+ years of experience working with Agile methodology and related automation techniques.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG.
• Experience developing keyword and data-driven test automation frameworks.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a similar field.
