Lead technical QA automation members and drive end-to-end software quality solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical QA automation members and manage project sub-teams.
• Develop and improve test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and RestAssured.
• Implement and manage continuous automated testing integration using Jenkins.
• Design, implement, and execute tests, including writing automation scripts for manual test cases.
• Conduct root cause analysis, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Java (version 8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
• Expertise in Web UI Automated Testing and Web API (REST) testing using HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, and BDD using Cucumber JVM.
• Experience with AWS and Report Portal.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency using MS Teams for collaboration.
