Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for web applications, managing testers and coordinating directly with Business and Product Owners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing initiatives for web applications and manage interactions between engineering and business teams.
• Build and improve automation test frameworks from the ground up.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium.
• Perform functional, non-functional, and manual API testing.
• Execute in-sprint automation within an Agile development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead.
• Proficiency in Java coding, including design patterns and algorithms.
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Hands-on experience with REST Assured for API automation.
• Strong knowledge of TestNG and JUnit frameworks.
• Experience with GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, and Test Rail.
• Proven track record in both functional and non-functional testing.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Apache JMeter to conduct performance testing.
