Description

You will lead the QA team in testing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Coordinate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA team members.
• Report and track defects while working with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role focusing on mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, and Espresso.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and TestRail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Englewood, NJ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
