Key Responsibilities:
🔹 QA Leadership & Testing Management
• Plan, organize, and manage testing activities in complex operational environments
• Lead and coordinate IT and business QA resources across testing cycles
• Define testing priorities, issue classifications, and resolution processes
• Manage multiple testing workstreams concurrently
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and operational testing activities
🔹 Project Coordination & Communication
• Partner with Fulfillment Engineering, Infrastructure, Development, and Vendor teams
• Provide regular QA updates to Program Managers and stakeholders
• Drive alignment through standups, governance meetings, and presentations
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful QA deliverables
🔹 Tools & Process Management
• Work with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, SharePoint, Prism PPM, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Support project planning, staffing, resource allocation, and QA tracking
• Participate in financial planning related to QA activities
🛠 Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years managing complex QA/testing efforts
• Strong experience in Retail / Fulfillment / Supply Chain environments
• Experience with Manhattan Active Upgrade projects preferred
• Expertise managing QA teams/resources within enterprise programs
• Strong hands-on QA testing experience in operational environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong people leadership and relationship-building abilities
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms in Omni-Channel Retail environments
• Knowledge of business process transformation and change management practices
